After Co. is a design & build studio based in Los Angeles and founded by Nickie Huang and Sol Stearns. We work with progressive clients to produce meaningful projects that contribute to a larger cultural conversation about the way we work, gather, and create.

After Co. is composed of designers and builders with a background in architecture. Extraordinary projects arise from close collaboration between the design and construction disciplines. We believe that a design sensibility makes better builders, and that practical knowledge of construction costs and logistics inspires greater creativity in our design approach.

We bring the rigor from our experience in fast-paced commercial projects to our ongoing work in the residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate interior sectors. In addition to our integrated design-build model, we also offer independent design and general contracting services.

We’d love to hear about your project!
